Resource Centre : Aims at starting Community Information and Access Centre (CIAC) 5. Organizational capacity : Training of eye care professional at Primary Eye Care level through Vision Centre approach 6. Policy & Programme Development : Presentation of EYE Project finding and learning in front of state officials for facilitating appropriate entitlements and benefits.
